Our Aim & Objectives

The aims and objects for which the society is established is as under:

1.To undertake Social Welfare Schemes at NO PROFIT NO LOSS BASIS for the Government (Central Govt./PSUs) employees/ Non – Government/ employees/ Self employed persons serving and/or retired, for spouses of the deceased Employees, and employees in service of the Society and to spouses in case of deceased employees .

2. To arrange lectures, debates, discussion, publish books on social and scientific issues for furtherance of the Society’s fund and organize workshop, seminar, symposia etc. on occasional basis on various topics of interest for different sections of people with the ultimate object to disseminate knowledge.

3. To do all lawful things as are conductive or incidental to the attainment of the above aims and objectives of the Society;

4. The administration of the Society shall always be in the hands of the member/ members of the Executive Body consisting of the founding members of the Society and other members taken and designated in the Executive Body in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Society; and the Executive Body by its majority decision shall always be empowered to take all necessary steps for the benefit of the Society and shall elect a Committee of Management of the Society in accordance with the rules as may be framed or modified from time to time by the said Committee of Management;

5. All incomes, earnings, movable/ immovable properties of the Society shall be solely utilised and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objectives only as set forth in the Memorandum of the Society and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or any manner whatsoever to the present or the past members of the Society or to any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No members of the Society shall have any personal claim on any movable/ immovable properties of the Society or make any profit whatsoever by virtue of his/ her membership.

6. The members of Executive Committee may authorise any officer’s or officer’s agent or agents of the Society in additionto the officers so
authorized by these Rules to enter into any contract or execute and deliver any instrument in the name of and on behalf of the Society and such authority may be general or confined to specific instance.

7. The Society shall undertake the various Central Govt. Schemes through the state Government or banking sector.

8. The Society shall maintain fraternal relationship with the Dorbar Shnong Govt,Agency NGO’s & Banking Institution Etc.

9.The Society shall strive for up gradation & opportunities for self employment opportunities to the local youths and woman empowerment.

10.The Society shall provide for a common platform whereas members can freely express their views learn to manage and work to select their reading skill as an advancement of its group.

11.To arrange and manage the training institutions in Typing, Shorthand, Computer, Fine Arts, Music, Painting, Modeling, Dancing, Yoga, Physical Education and in other professional training subjects.

12.To arrange/ organize discussions, seminars, conference and other lawful gathering for the promotions of Aims and Objects of the Society.

13.To establish, manage, and develop such out of school activity-centers for the children of the underprivileged class/section of society where they could have the benefits and joy of participating in sports, games, artistic activities, like clay and wood work, music, dance, painting and also organize educational trips.

14.To provide food, clothing, medical aid, stationery, transportation, libraries laboratories, reading rooms, hostels, play ground, swimming pool and other required facilities to the students and also to the members of the society.

15.To promote aid and undertake programs of house hold cottage and khadi and gramudyog industries forest and mineral development of local handicraft and other industries for providing self-employment

16.To initiate and promote health care, community development and religious studies. To organize medical camps, blood donation camps and eye donation camps for the general public.

17.To undertake developmental activities independently or in collaboration with other voluntary agencies.
