1. The General Body (GB)

(i) Shall meet annually.

(ii) Shall constitute of all members of the Society.

(iii) Shall consist of all members who shall be entitled to participation meetings, Cultural/educational functions and other lawful gathering called/arranged by the Society.

2. The Managing Committee (MC)

(i) Shall carry out and implement the resolutions/decisions taken by it and confirm have proceedings of the meeting.

(ii) Shall have the power of frame rules and regulation, guidelines for the smooth conduct of the affairs of the Society.

(iii) Shall have the power to prepare the Projects, Schemes and the programmes as well as the implementation of such programmes.

(iv) Shall manage the affairs of the Society and shall meet at least once in three months or as is necessary.

(v) Shall have the power to co-opt Experts/Consultants relating to the different aspects and detail requirements of the functionaries of the Society (all such Consultants/Experts will be invited as far as their expertise in needed). Shall realize subscriptions and donations. Shall control and administer the funds of the Society. Shall arrange for holding the meetings required. Shall have full control over the management on all the matters and activities of the Society. Shall have the power to review the management of the Society.

3. The Expert Committee (E.C):

(i) There shall be different Expert Committee(s) to be constituted by the Managing Committee (MC) depending on the different discipline/fields Requirements of the Society.

(ii) The Experts or any member(s) shall be invited by the Managing Committee (MC) and the modus operandi for such appointment shall be regulated by the Managing Committee.
